Award in Political Management

In 2023, First Lake Solutions established the First Lake Solutions Award in Political Management at Carleton University: an annual $2,000 scholarship supporting students in the Master of Political Management (MPM) program.

Created by President Rob LeForte, an MPM alumnus himself, the award reflects a belief in giving back to the program that helped shape his path into government relations and public affairs.

Each year, the scholarship supports students who are stepping into the world of politics, advocacy, and public service. Aiming to help make the program more accessible and ensure a wider range of voices are part of the conversations shaping Canada’s future.
